★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio administrativo , la señora que se encarga de esta áreas es la persona más nefasta no brinda buena atención , es grosera y si buscan facturar solo les da largas y nunca la hace llegar .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, si nesesitas factura no recomiendo este hotel, quedaron de mandármela y puras largas hasta que dejaron de contestar, no lo recomiendo, definitivamente no regreso a este hotel!!
Terrible service, if you need an invoice I do not recommend this hotel, they kept sending it to me and they were long until they stopped answering, I do not recommend it, I definitely do not return to this hotel !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hospede el 13 de agosto. Solicite factura y puras largas. Pésimo servicio y se les acabó el agua al día siguiente. El baño olía a coladera. No lo recomiendo y menos si ocupas factura.
I stayed on August 13th. Request invoice and long cigars. Terrible service and they ran out of water the next day. The bathroom smelled like a drain. I do not recommend it and less if you occupy an invoice.

Sin acceso para el autobús
Tuvimos que caminar varias cuadras para llegar e irnos
Muy poco espacio, las habitaciones tamaño individual nos las dio para 4 personas
No cambian las toallas diario
No hay tv, el internet no llega a las habitaciones y casi no hay señal móvil en las instalaciones
Nunca hubo agua caliente, al parecer su boiler no se da abasto para 7 habitaciones
Las cobijas en realidad eran cortinas
Y al salir no nos dejaban irnos hasta que contaran sábanas, “cobijas” y toallas de cada cuarto
No te dan facturas ni ticket

No access for the bus
We had to walk several blocks to get there and go
Very little space, the single-size rooms were for 4 people
Towels are not changed daily
There is no TV, the internet does not reach the rooms and there is almost no mobile signal in the facilities
There was never hot water, apparently his boiler is not enough for 7 rooms
The blankets were actually curtains
And when we left they wouldn't let us leave until they counted sheets, "blankets" and towels from each room.
They do not give you invoices or ticket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención,servicio y precio justo; instalaciones muy hermosas y limpias; me gustó todo su piso de mármol, eso hace que la instalación se mantenga muy fresca; no tomé fotos pero son tal cuál y como las puedes ver en su página de internet.
Excellent attention, service and fair price; very beautiful and clean facilities; I liked all its marble floor, that keeps the installation very fresh; I did not take photos but they are as is and as you can see them on their website.
