No está nunca un encargado por la noche ni mañana a quien se le pueda solicitar ayuda o apoyo. Terminan echándose la bolita entre ellos y cuando vuelves a marcar a sus números te envían a buzón
Disgusting service. They were asked for hot water so they could take a shower and they never turned on the water heater. There is never a manager at night or tomorrow to whom you can ask for help or support. They end up throwing the ball between them and when you dial their numbers again they send you to the mailbox

La atención fue muy buena.
La habitación que me tocó fue amplia, con 2 camas tamaño matrimonial muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas.
El único detalle es que el baño no tiene cortina y al usar la regadera, queda un charco grande de agua. Solicitamos un mechudo para trapear.
Si hay agua caliente (tuvimos que pedir que nos prendieran el calentador) y no hay internet y hay mala señal.
Otro detalle es que no hay un encargado presencial que pueda atender al momento, así que toda la comunicación tiene que ser por medio de WhatsApp.
El exterior tiene una vista muy bonita, hay mucha naturaleza.
It is a quiet place, not recreational just to sleep and that's it.
The attention was very nice.
The room that I got was spacious, with 2 very comfortable double beds as well as the pillows.
The only detail is that the bathroom does not have a curtain and when using the shower, there is a large puddle of water. We request a tuft to mop.
If there is hot water (we had to ask them to turn on the heater) and there is no internet and there is a bad signal.
Another detail is that there is no person in charge who can attend at the moment, so all communication has to be through WhatsApp.
The exterior has a very nice view, there is a lot of nature.
