The hotel is situated next to the busiest street in Playa del Carmen, I guess we were lucky that our room was situated on the 4th floor, deeper in the building. And still, it was quite noisy. We were unlucky to findout that the elevator was out of service. Harsh experience after 22hrs journey and heavy suitcase with us. Continental breakfast is served in a near by restaurant: one toast with butter along with 5g of butter and strawberry jam, two slices of random fruits, small glass of OJ and coffee. That's it. Taxis just 50m away, 8/11 further 50m.

Also - light breakfast is pretty good (see picture attached - I don't know why people are bashing it) Overall customer service was excellent, rooms were 8/10, location 10/10 - right on the main street, music at night from the restaurant in front - dies down around 12:30 am on a Friday/Saturday night (busiest nights typically)
