The attention of the staff is excellent, it is a hotel with a classic architecture in the center of Tapalpa, the rooms are small but with everything you need to rest, they are widely recommended, they accept VISA, MASTERCARD and cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una reservación, y cuando llegué me dijeron que la habitación estaba ocupada, no me solucionaron nada. Al final no me reembolsaron nada por problemas internos de su hotel, además que la señora de recepción se portó grosera diciendo que era culpa mía.
I made a reservation, and when I arrived they told me that the room was occupied, they did not solve anything for me. In the end they didn't refund me anything due to internal problems at their hotel, plus the reception lady was rude saying it was my fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was wonderful. It is very cheap and nice. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need. It's close to downtown and to a lot of restaurants and street food. The staff is really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very friendly and competent staff. (Leti is awesome!). The room was large and well appointed - big, comfy bed, excellent lighting in the bathroom and for reading in bed, side tables on both sides of the bed. Water was hot and instant. The whole place was very clean. Wifi in the room was great.. Negative: A very minor comment,: A few of the doors on the rooms downstairs have ancient locks. They are funky and interesting but a bit noisy when guests are returning to their rooms late at night. The posada is very quiet therwise..
