Las habitaciones son muy básicas, pero cuentan con aire acondicionado, lo cual se agradece. Las áreas comunes sí se notaban descuidadas, pero no afecta al huésped. Simple place, but very nice. Customer service is very good. The rooms are very basic, but have air conditioning, which is appreciated. The common areas did feel neglected, but it does not affect the guest.

l	laura leticia lara ramon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar en recepción nos cobraron $300.00 más, aprovechando la alta demanda del lugar y que no había forma de cambiar de hotel, a las 9:00 pm cuando comenzamos a llegar todos los huéspedes, se trono la pastilla de la Luz y nos quedamos sin luz toda la noche, estando a 45 gdos y todos los huéspedes durmiendo con puertas y ventanas abiertas, no tuvieron la intención mínima de dar una explicación al respecto por parte del hotel. When we arrived at the reception they charged us $300.00 more, taking advantage of the high demand of the place and that there was no way to change hotels, at 9:00 pm when all the guests began to arrive, the Light pill was struck and we were left without light all night, being at 45 degrees and all guests sleeping with doors and windows open, they had no intention of giving an explanation on the part of the hotel.
