★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel básico con lo necesario para pasar una noche cómoda sin nada especial. Dos camas individuales y una matrimonial son las estancias más grandes. En amenidades falta aire acondicionado en épocas de calor, pero no es problema ya que el clima que nos tocó en el mes de abril no fue exacerbante. Si buscan un lugar donde puedan pasar una noche con la familia o máximo dos, este es el lugar adecuado. Cuenta con estacionamiento y está en la avenida principal. Afortunadamente no encontramos cucarachas como otros comentarios mencionan y las camas no tenían ninguna clase de parásitos. Es un lugar adecuado para disfrutar una estancia breve y de paso
 Basic hotel with everything you need to spend a comfortable night without anything special. Two single beds and one double are the largest rooms. In amenities there is a lack of air conditioning in hot weather, but it is not a problem since the weather that we had in April was not exacerbating. If you are looking for a place where you can spend a night with your family or two at most, this is the right place. It has parking and is on the main avenue. NO SIRVEN LOS CONTACTOS, LE INFORMAMOS AL ENCARGADO Y EN LUGAR DE RECONOCER SU ERROR SE MOLESTÓ. LA SALIDA DEL HOTEL ES AL MEDIO DÍA CON UNA TOLERANCIA DE 60 MINUTOS, AÚN ASÍ TE COBRAN $30 DEL ESTACIONAMIENTO POR LOS 60 MINUTOS DE TOLERANCIA, EL ESTACIONAMIENTO NO ES AMPLIO. AWFUL SERVICE, WE FOUND GARBAGE ON THE MATTRESSES THEREFORE THEY DO NOT CLEAN IT WELL, THE PRICE IS TOO MUCH FOR WHAT IT OFFERS. THE CONTACTS DO NOT WORK, WE INFORMED THE MANAGER AND INSTEAD OF ACKNOWLEDGING HIS MISTAKE, HE GOT ANGERED. CHECK OUT OF THE HOTEL IS AT NOON WITH A 60 MINUTES TOLERANCE, THEY STILL CHARGE YOU $30 PARKING FOR THE 60 MINUTES TOLERANCE, THE PARKING LOT IS NOT SPACIOUS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, BETTER LOOK FOR OPTIONS IN THE CENTRE THEY ARE BETTER I ASKED AND THEY ARE MUCH BETTER, IT IS WORTH IT. BUT NOT THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can be loud due to being on main road, and hearing the loud neighbors thin walls. I went through the embarrassment of hearing the guests next door being intimate while my mom and I stayed in our hotel room. Small rooms and uncomfortable beds. We went in the middle of December for holiday and wanted to shower but there was no running hot water at night. The sink of the room had a break in the pipe and wet all the toilet paper. We told the night attendant and she said she would turn on the boiler in the morning. In the morning we tried again after the attendant said she had turned it on. It seemed like she was trying to be accommodating stating we should wait for the water to run through the pipes from the heater but we ran water for twenty minutes while we showered in cold water and it never came. Would not stay here again despite the friendly staff. Would not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good but rooms are very small with minimal amenities. It is okay if you plan to spend most of your time out and just need some where to keep your bags and sleep. Normally I would not post a negative review but they did some sneaky things I was not happy about.
They had asked me to cancel the reservation I had thru booking and book direct offering a slight discount to do so. I specifically told them I did not want to do that because I had a deal for triple points on my credit card. Looks like they did it anyway. They reported to booking that I was a no show so they could get out of paying the fee.
