F	Fabiola Urbieta Urbieta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es hermoso, limpio, cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para sus huéspedes, y el recepcionista del turno de noche fue muy amable y servicial siempre con una gran sonrisa, sin embargo la recepcionista de turno de la mañana fue poco descortés y manifestó algo de su actitud lo cual debería mejorar. Y como sugerencia las habitaciones con una sola cama y 2 personas deberían contar con por lo menos 2 toallas de baño y no una como fue el caso de ese modo se evitará tanto a los huéspedes como a las recamareras tener que pedir algo que debería ya incluir en la habitación. Espero volver pronto y traer a mis hijos así que la habitación doble deberá contar con por lo menos 4 toallas de baño y 2 rollos de papel de sanitarios del diario. Primero rente una habitación para 2 pero es muy pequeña y solo tiene 1 cama. Al día siguiente 12:15 p. m. al solicitar una habitación con 2 camas me la ofrecieron pero tenía que esperar hasta la 1 de la tarde, yo tenia que ir a un mandado y regresar después de las 2. No me permitió pasar mis cosas a la segunda habitación y tampoco dejarlas en la primera habitación . Tenia que desocupar la habitación. The night shift very friendly and attentive.
