★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuenta con WiFi como lo anuncian, solo tiene en recepción, no tiene televisión de paga solo se ve un solo canal, no tiene agua caliente ni para época de frío, no te asean la habitación así te quedes dos días y sus habitaciones son muy feas para ser honestos y la cama matrimonial parece individual al menos yo no lo recomiendo
 It does not have WiFi as advertised, it only has reception, it does not have pay TV, only one channel is seen, it does not have hot water or for cold weather, they do not clean your room even if you stay two days and their rooms are very ugly to be honest and the double bed seems individual at least I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aun me falta mi factura, cada que llamo me dice que el numero esta ocupado, es mejor exigirá al salir. Todo estaba tan bien, solo ese detalle si ocupa factura no se confíe.
I still need my bill, every time I call it tells me that the number is busy, it is better to demand when leaving. Everything was so good, just that detail if it takes up an invoice, don't trust it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel muy limpio muy tranquilo bien atento el personal cuenta con estacionamiento para los autos y los tractores d 5ta rueda (tráiler) los cuartos tienen clima , cable,agua caliente y fría excelente servicio
It is a very clean hotel, very quiet, well attentive, the staff has parking for cars and 5th-wheel tractors (trailer), the rooms have weather, cable, hot and cold water, excellent service.

Cuentan con aire acondicionado internet y también facturan está como a 15 minutos aprox del centro de Mérida
