Good Hotel, but no Air conditioner. Only fan.

This is a nice hotel in a safe zone. I give it three stars because the staff is very unpleasant. First of all, I booked through booking.com I chose a big room with two beds. When I got to the room it was very small and one bed. I told them it was not what I had booked and they put me in the big 2 bedroom finally. However it still wasn’t the room I had wanted. Second, the front desk staff is very rude. I felt too uncomfortable to even ask them anything. The man thats comes in the afternoon is especially very rude. If you have a question, he answers as if you’re bothering him. Then one last thing that bothers me is that they make you take your temperature when you come into the hotel. Other than that, it’s a very pretty hotel, good tv, fast wifi, hot water, plenty of food places near. The staff is just extremely unpleasant to deal with

They don't speak English here but everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The place is clean and nice while purposely having an old and cultural appearance. Between the rooms on the first floor are these artistic gardens and it has a beautiful rooftop, all makes you feel like you're living history. My only regret is not trying the restaurant that smells amazing even from across the street.

This was a unique hotel for sure! The paintings, murals, and shrine like sconces built into the walls were so ornate and uniquely southwestern/Mexican! My room had a decorative courtyard view, with a window that opened to the courtyard area, which was merely decorative, not accessible so plenty of privacy. The parking was underground beneath the hotel itself! The only two negatives I can see were- no heater in the room so it got very cold, I had to call for extra blankets twice! And my room had a large wall of windows facing the street and the drivers there think a car horn is the solution to everything lol.. my friend booked an interior room and said his room was nice and quiet, his room also felt a tad warmer, so these are all things you may consider when booking! Regardless, I do highly recommend this property, it has easy walking access to Zona Rosa and there are restaurants and taco carts galore just outside your door! Can’t wait to come back!

great host , great value for your US $ exchange. I liked their safe security box. Nice calm and convenience location and neighborhood.

Really cosy hotel with everything one needs, super quiet rooms, friendly staff who always checked on us and even printed some documents for us. The location is amazing, the area is very quiet and green. Many visit-worthy places are basically walking distance. There are hundreds of great food stands and restaurants. For the price, it's a no-brainer. Thanks for the stay!

Nice little hotel in Mexici City with spacious rooms and great breakfast. It is located in a quieter area of the city, so you can sleep well, but there's still lots if essential stores around and it's really easy to get around, as the metro us close by. Highly recommended!

Great location! Room was spacious with a sitting area. There's a lovely terrace on the roof. Lived the colorful murals throughout. Great value and I have been recommending it to everyone.
