M	Maiz Nx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trato y atención del personal muy deficiente, precio alto respecto otros hoteles, baños con olores a drenaje, el desayuno incluido con servicio muy lento , No hay agua caliente no la habilitan y si esta nublado pues el calentador solar según no funciona, falta mucha más limpieza para mejorar el aspecto de las habitaciones, estacionamiento solo para 2 autos. Very poor treatment and attention from the staff, high price compared to other hotels, bathrooms with drainage smells, breakfast included with very slow service, there is no hot water they do not enable it and if it is cloudy because the solar heater does not work, much more is missing cleaning to improve the appearance of the rooms, parking only for 2 cars.

M	Maria Contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima experiencia, desde el primer dia de llegada se fue la luz se nos descargaron los celulares, no funcionaba la televisión, no habia internet, no nos respetaron el desyuno, no habia amenidades ni toallas, un refrigerador que parecía que lo recogieron de la basura?, una mesa para comer toda llena de moho claro debimos haber cancelado pero dijimos solo dormiremos aquí porque te pasas todo el día paseando. Fatal decisión al segundo día se fue la luz y con el mayor cinismo nos dijeron ya no regresará la luz esta noche?obvio dejamos el hotel y tuvimos que acampar sin ir preparados para eso...ni modo se perdieron de unos huéspedes que van a regresar a Tamasopo por ser tan bello lugar. Por su atención Gracias!! (cero recomendado) Terrible experience, from the first day of arrival the power went out, our cell phones were discharged, the television did not work, there was no internet, they did not respect our breakfast, there were no amenities or towels, a refrigerator that seemed to have been picked up from the garbage ?, a table to eat all full of mold of course we should have canceled but we said we will only sleep here because you spend all day walking. Fatal decision on the second day the power went out and with the greatest cynicism they told us the light will not return tonight?obviously we left the hotel and had to camp without going prepared for that...no way they missed some guests who are going to return to Tamasopo for being such a beautiful place.
