★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recientemente reservamos en uno de sus hoteles, Fiesta Inn Loft Ciudad del Carmen. Muy mala y decepcionante experiencia. Las dos habitaciones que nos asignaron estaban sucias, mantenimiento deja mucho que desear y era claro que no habían sido desinfectadas. Le mostramos todo eso a una chica de servicio al huésped y acepto que estaban sucias, se disculpó diciendo que tienen poco personal y casi todos son nuevos. Decidimos cancelar la reserva y buscar otro hotel, sin embargo, no nos devolvieron el dinero de la primera noche. Terrible, no es mucho dinero pero no es manera de dar seguimiento, no estuvimos en el hotel ni una hora, no utilizamos ningún servicio y nos fuimos porque tienen habitaciones lejos de limpias. Nunca más.
 We recently booked one of your hotels, Fiesta Inn Loft Ciudad del Carmen. Very bad and disappointing experience. The two rooms we were allocated were dirty, maintenance leaves a lot to be desired and it was clear that they had not been disinfected. We showed all of that to a guest service girl and she accepted they were dirty, she apologized saying they are understaffed and almost all new. We decided to cancel the reservation and find another hotel, however, they did not refund the money for the first night. Terrible, it is not a lot of money but it is not a way to follow up, we were not in the hotel for an hour, we did not use any service and we left because they have far from clean rooms. Never more.
