Super bad service, I have been waiting for a month for my package to arrive which is supposed to arrive in a week, I call but they do not give me an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otra vez mi mercancía rota y nadie me da una respuesta, ni responden mis correos por no pagar el seguro. La srita que atiende me sugiere no enviar nada!!!!! La misión y visión son letra muerta ante el pésimo manejo de las mercancías con letrero FRÁGIL..... NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE USAR REDPACK, volveré con ESTAFETA.
Again my merchandise is broken and nobody gives me an answer, nor do my emails respond for not paying the insurance. The lady who attends suggests not sending anything !!!!! The mission and vision are dead letter to the lousy handling of the merchandise with a FRAGILE sign ..... NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE TO USE REDPACK, I will return with ESTAFETA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo 1 mes ya esperando un paquete que me llegaría en 7 días. Marque 4 veces y las 4 me hicieron reportes diferentes de mi paquete pero hasta la fecha no me entregan nada. Mi paquete está a dos horas de mi y ahí a seguido durante todo un mes.
I have 1 month already waiting for a package that would arrive in 7 days. I dialed 4 times and the 4 made different reports of my package but to date they don't deliver anything to me. My package is two hours away from me and there often followed for a whole month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo una estrella solo porque no se puede poner menos, terrible servicio sigo esperando un paquete con fecha de entrega prometida de 5 días, hoy es el octavo día y me aparece que realizaron visita para entregarlo, lo cual no es cierto ya que tengo esperándolos desde hace 3 días. Hablo para pedir información y me dicen que tardarán otros 5 días debido a que es fin de semana aún cambiando para poder recogerlo yo preferiblemente. Es una burla este "servicio de paquetería"
I put one star only because it cannot be put less, terrible service I am still waiting for a package with a promised delivery date of 5 days, today is the eighth day and it appears to me that they made a visit to deliver it, which is not true since I am waiting for them since 3 days ago.
