★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!! tiene a la misma persona que cobra entregando pedidos y todos lo demás platicando, echando relajo y haciéndose pen#$%&* nose quien este a cargo de esta franquicia dentro de plaza de Aragon pero es un completo inepto tienen una fila larguísima de gente esperando hacer pedido y ya que atiende a todos se pone a entregar pedidos que previamente 1 señorita esta preparando pero solo eso ahh y platicando con todos sus compañeros que pasan no les importa tenerte ahí esperando te tienes que esperar a que terminando de cobrar se digne a entregarte porque aunque hay gente que puede apoyar no lo hacen prefieren perder el tiempo entre ellos bola de webones ni come uno agusto por esperar hasta media hr la orden haber si ya tienen mejor control en su personal
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Desde que llegué en esta ocasión la puerta tenía seguro y tuve que rodear para entrar por la otra entrada.
Cuando entré me alegre por qué no había gente, pero no fue mucha mi alegría, nadie me recibí y atendió
Estaban ocupados pláticando, cuando por fin me notaron me pidieron que siguiera esperando.
En fin quien me tomo la orden no fue amable solo parecía tener prisa por atenderme y seguir con su día
Para colmo no había puré, un clásico de este restaurante luego el me contaron que no había baño por qué no tenían agua. En otras ocasiones y también en otros restaurantes de la cadena enseguida .e dan mi orden, en este no fue así tuve que esperar.
Cuando me dieron mi orden la chica fue descortés y poco servicial
Por la comida no hay queja, estaban bien las papas, el pollo, la hamburguesa y el refresco. Me dieron suficientes servilletas y consumos
Me sentí incómodo que a pesar de que no había mucha gente está va sucia la mesa y el piso
En esta ocasión no recomiendo el lugar para ir, tal vez pedir tu comida para llevar, en el auto o llamar para que te la lleven a casa
Una por falta de baños, falta de limpieza y falta de atención del personal
