Llame a las 7:30 a pedir la pipa del gas, llegó y no estaba, pues me tuve que ir a una consulta médica por qué entré en labor de parto, pero en 2 min llegó mi esposo y ya no estaban, llevamos todo el día esperando y llamando y nunca dan otra respuesta más que “mis compañeros están muy saturados” ¿ellos no pueden esperar 5 min? Y yo si tengo que esperar todo el día? PÉSIMO ESTE SERVICIO. QUE MALA EXPERIENCIA TERRIBLE SERVICE. Las señoritas dulcemente te dicen que estan en la entrada de la colonia pero nunca llegan. yo estaba con ustedes hace 15 años pero llame a GASVIP y en 1 hora llego la pipa sin hacer tanto rollo sin pedirme un numero de servicio!! no sabia que en potogas si no tienes no te atienden! al menos eso me dijo al señorita! mal muy mal !
