Good with cleaning rules but the merchandise that came to me was in poor condition. That tells me that they do not take care of the handling of the parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible el servicio de Potosinos. Ni se te ocurra tratar de arreglar algo por teléfono nunca te contestarán. He estado en mostrador y se oye timbrar el teléfono y parece que el personal está sordo pues no contestan y deja que suene y suene. Los burros al menos mueven las orejas pero estos ni eso siquiera. Algo que pueda decir a favor de potosinos es que la mala atención no es privativo de ellos, sino que es un mal que aqueja a todas las empresas que se dedican a esto. Si se pudiera formar una empresa de paquetería tomando solo lo bueno de cada una, muy apenas alcanzarían un 70% y creo que estoy siendo generoso.
Terrible the service of Potosinos. Don't even think about trying to fix something over the phone, they will never answer you. I have been at the counter and you can hear the phone ringing and it seems that the staff is deaf because they do not answer and let it ring and ring. Donkeys at least move their ears, but donkeys don't even do that. Something that I can say in favor of Potosinos is that bad attention is not exclusive to them, but rather it is an evil that afflicts all companies that are dedicated to this. If a parcel company could be formed taking only the good of each one, it would hardly reach 70% and I think I am being generous.
