El número de teléfono no sirve, y la encargada siempre se encontraba fuera y nadie sabía a que hora iba a estar disponible ni le podían marcar poque estaba muy ocupada. Me multaron por almacenaje de mi producto cuando nunca me hablaron para avisar que habia llegado, y su telefono al no servir pues no lo contestaban. Pésimo servicio
The receptionist couldn't give you any information. The phone number is useless, and the manager was always out and no one knew what time she would be available or could be dialed because she was very busy. They fined me for storing my product when they never spoke to me to let me know that it had arrived, and their phone was not working because they did not answer it. Terrible service

las personas que contestan el telefono al parecer siempre con mala actitud.
para mi estan reprobados como paqueteria.
Potosinos is a very poor parcel service, I dislike that they do not give you reliable information about your package. opens its branches at 9:00 (somewhat late).
People who answer the phone always seem to have a bad attitude.
for me they are failed as a parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen rutas que llegan rápido (GDL - DGO) sin embargo a veces su “logística” no tiene mucho sentido y tarda mucho en llegar la mercancía. La atención y servicio puede mejorar. Precios promedio. Falta de personal constantemente.
They have routes that arrive quickly (GDL - DGO) however sometimes their "logistics" do not make much sense and it takes a long time for the merchandise to arrive. The attention and service can improve. Average prices. Constantly understaffed.
