★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, estuve llamando desde que supe que les había llegado mi paquete y nunca supieron decirme cuando me lo entregarían, terminaron dándome el teléfono de otro encargado y no contesto las llamadas, se nota la falta de organización y comunicación dentro del equipo, al final tuve que ir yo por el paquete.
Terrible service, I've been calling since I found out that my package had arrived and they never knew how to tell me when they would deliver it to me, they ended up giving me the phone of another manager and I don't answer the calls, the lack of organization and communication within the team is noticeable, in the end I had to go get the package.
