★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan un muy mal servicio, en atención a clientes te dan una información respecto a las entregas y cuando llegas a sucursal, la gente de logística te dice que ellos ya tienen sus prioridades, sin tomar en cuenta las complicaciones que te puedan causar por no entregar dentro de los horarios pactados y peor aún, dentro de los días pactados para la entrega, desconozco si saben de logística en la sucursal de Cancún, pero el tipo de carga, su peso, dimensiones, tiempo probable para carga y descarga, así como el lugar a donde se dirija deben ser factores a tomar en cuenta para proceder a programar la logística de envíos, no en base a lo que crean que es prioridad para ellos, hay que respetar los tiempos de la gente, es una barbaridad esta situación, no hay ningún respeto por sus clientes, sólo les importa la cantidad, no la calidad, y sinceramente dudo que estén entregados para entregar aquí en Cancún.
They give a very bad service, in customer service they give you information regarding deliveries and when you arrive at the branch, the logistics people tell you that they already have their priorities, without taking into account the complications that may be caused by not delivering within the agreed hours and worse still, within the days agreed for delivery, I don't know if they know about logistics at the Cancun branch, but the type of cargo, its weight, dimensions, probable time for loading and unloading, as well as the Where you are going should be factors to take into account to proceed with programming the logistics of shipments, not based on what they think is a priority for them, you have to respect people's times, this situation is outrageous, no there is no respect for their customers, they only care about quantity, not quality, and I sincerely doubt that they are dedicated to delivering here in Cancun.
