 Signs or a sign of where and with whom to leave your package are missing. The attention is good in relation to the treatment but there is a lack of more communication in the steps to be followed.

Alguna vez leí...que te cuesta 20 años crear prestigio y 5 minutos tirarlo a la borda
Normally the service is good... but this time... we sent a package to Mexico City and the experience has been terrible.
I once read... that it takes you 20 years to create prestige and 5 minutes to throw it overboard
