★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a domicilio, pedi dos promociones de pozole 2x1, me cobraron 272 y solo recibí una promoción, me estafaron con una orden completa, solicité la aclaración y dijeron que no procedía, que debía leer bien las condiciones, sin embargo, tengo la evidencia de lo que solicité.ya metí mi queja a la Profeco, así es que nos vemos en las careos de Profeco para aclaraciones. Muy mal que por 136 pesos generen una situación tan poco ética.
Terrible home service, I ordered two promotions of pozole 2x1, they charged me 272 and I only received one promotion, they scammed me with a complete order, I requested clarification and they said that it was not appropriate, that I should read the conditions well, however, I have the evidence of what I requested. I already submitted my complaint to Profeco, so we'll see each other at Profeco's confrontations for clarifications. Too bad that for 136 pesos they generate such an unethical situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tradicional lugar para disfrutar de un pozole. Está ubicado en Plaza Centella con un amplio estacionamiento. Respetan las medidas de seguridad y siguen los protocolos de higiene al acceso. El punto malo es que en la propina solo manejan del 15% al 20% (todos los sitios manejan desde el 5%).
Traditional place to enjoy a pozole. It is located in Plaza Centella with a large parking lot. They respect security measures and follow hygiene protocols for access. The bad point is that in the tip they only handle 15% to 20% (all sites handle from 5%).
