Las clases (power jump y spinning) están súper padres
Solo que me he sentido sola y desorientada, para mí es la primera vez que hago entrenamiento con aparatos y no te enseñan a usarlos correctamente (acomodarlos a mi medida)
No hay suficientes entrenadores .
Pero para hacer mi rutina tengo que buscar los ejercicios en YouTube .
Pero el si el gimnasio como tal está bien
Tiene muchos aparatos y todos en buen estado.
No rotos ni descompuestos.
En eso sí tienen un 10

Only that I have felt alone and disoriented, for me it is the first time that I train with devices and they do not teach you how to use them correctly (adjust them to my size)
There are not enough coaches.
