★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son bienos los productos. Lo que esta mal es la atención que dan algunos encargados de las tiendas de venda al público ya que si no hay producto y les quieren llamar contestan cuando quieren y muy tarde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vamos siendo realistas, una cosa es que los productos sean buenos, por que para mi si lo son, y otra el servicio pésimo que brindan y que al final también esto reprenta a la marca. por lo tanto la calificación es por el servicio y la pésima atención de esta sucursal.
En el tiempo que tengo con Power Golden jamás me han contestado ni una llamada en esta sucursal, motivo por el cual siempre termino llamando a santa Tere, los chicos del punto de venta a demás de trabajar en automático con una pésima actitud, la atención es desagradable.
Recomendación; hagan sus compras en linea, eviten recibir una mala cara o llevarse un disgusto. Esta sucursal necesita un cambio urgente de administración definitivamente.
Let's be realistic, one thing is that the products are good, because for me they are, and another is the terrible service they provide and that in the end this also represents the brand. therefore the qualification is for the service and the terrible attention of this branch.
In the time I have with Power Golden, they have never answered a call at this branch, which is why I always end up calling Santa Tere, the guys at the point of sale besides working on automatic with a terrible attitude, the attention is unpleasant.
Recommendation; shop online, avoid getting a bad face or getting upset. This branch definitely needs an urgent change of management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se organizan para atender, demasiada la espera, tardas mas de una hora para tu turno siendo que hay escazas personas en fila... Quizá si mejoran la entrada, puede hacerse los pedidos por vía WhatsApp... Dar un número de folio y pasar a la entrega de igual forma para los cambios, sería más ágil y aparte ya sabríamos lo que hay u lo que no hay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, tanto de productos que son buenísimos como la atención al cliente el personal de PV es muy atento, por otro lado veo que se quejan por el desabasto y todo eso recordemos que eso es gracias a que el producto es buenísimo y que el personal que se encuentran en las sucursales no tienen la culpa de esto así qué hay que tener paciencia, es una excelente empresa .❤️
