★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Técnicamente yo creo que todo bien pues mi carro se siente muy bien, pero digo que yo creo porque no te dicen absolutamente nada.
El servicio no se puede comparar con llevar tu auto a la agencia, no esperes esa cordialidad, ni los snacks, pero por lo menos yo hubiera esperado el típico “lo recibo así” con un inventario y diagnóstico visual al momento en que te reciben tu carro.
Al momento de la entrega es lo mismo, no te dicen si traía una falla, o si le notaron algo, naaada, solo si les preguntas, tampoco te muestran las refacciones que cambiaron y ninguna explicación al respecto.
Así que prácticamente las estrellar las otorgo pues al parecer trabajan bien.
Technically I believe that everything is fine because my car feels very good, but I say that I believe because they tell you absolutely nothing.
The service cannot be compared to taking your car to the agency, do not expect that cordiality, nor the snacks, but at least I would have expected the typical "I receive it like this" with an inventory and visual diagnosis at the moment you receive your car.
At the time of delivery it is the same, they do not tell you if it had a fault, or if they noticed something, naaada, only if you ask them, they do not show you the spare parts that changed and no explanation about it.
So I practically crash them because they seem to work well.
