★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuenta con servicios básicos wi-fi, alberca y está muy cerca de la playa la madera. Únicamente me parece inadecuada la limpieza y mantenimiento del lugar.
Cabe mencionar que el administrador es muy atento y amable.
 It has basic wi-fi services, a swimming pool and it is very close to La Madera beach. Only the cleaning and maintenance of the place seems inadequate to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia lo bueno es que es céntrico, es amplia la estancia y el dueño es amable.
Pero me dejó mucho que desear, esta descuidado el lugar. No hay agua caliente y el Internet no es bueno nunca pude acceder, cuenta con refri pero se termino deshielando. otro punto es que no hay estacionamiento para dejar el carro. La ropa termina oliendo a humedad. La piscina no tiene calentador.
In my experience the good thing is that it is central, the room is spacious and the owner is friendly.
But it left me much to be desired, the place is neglected. There is no hot water and the Internet is not good I could never access, it has a fridge but it ended up thawing. Another point is that there is no parking to leave the car. Clothes end up smelling musty. The pool has no heater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno que tiene el lugar pierde bastante con la falta de higiene.
Bueno: ubicación, costo, amabilidad, alberca limpia, cercano a la playa, refrigerador, aire acondicionado, puede uno estar en las áreas comunes sin problema con el horario. Super cerca del soriana y la central de autobuses.
Malo: BASTANTE SUCIO, se nota que la acumulación de suciedad es de tiempo, ya que se ve el rezago de mugre acumulada.
1. Espejo del baño con gotas de que no ha sido limpiado.
2. Sábanas rotas y sucias.
3. Bote de basura lleno de tierra.
4. Manijas del lavabo con jabón seco
5. Un Calzón a un lado del escusado.
6. Piso mal barrido, lleno de basuras .
The good thing about the place loses a lot with the lack of hygiene.
Good: location, cost, friendliness, clean pool, close to the beach, refrigerator, air conditioning, one can be in the common areas without problem with the schedule. Super close to the soriana and the bus station.
Bad: VERY DIRTY, you can tell that the accumulation of dirt is time consuming, since you can see the accumulated residue of dirt.
1. Bathroom mirror with drops that has not been cleaned.
2. Torn and dirty sheets.
3. Trash can full of dirt.
4. Sink handles with dry soap
5. A pants on one side of the toilet.
6. Badly swept floor, full of garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's alright for the price and location but the place needs maintenance and it's not as clean in some rooms the air conditioning doesn't work and the sinks are clogged. The faucets doesn't work as well so only a little bit of water comes out. And Lord knows if it rains the sealing will more then likely fall on top of you.
