Tienen una sazón para preparar unas carnitas estilo Michoacán con sabor del área de lo s Huacana, su pozole verde, muy rico con una botana esquisita y unas chalupas de pollo deliciosa y buen sabor en las aguas de sabor
They have a seasoning to prepare some Michoacán-style carnitas with flavor from the Huacana area, their green pozole, very rich with an exquisite snack and some delicious chicken chalupas and good flavor in the flavored waters

La comida es rica, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear. Son muy lentos y a veces no ponen mucha atención en los pedidos especiales. Les recomiendo los antojitos
The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They are very slow and sometimes they don't pay much attention to special requests. I recommend the appetizers

This is by far the very best Pozole in the State of Guerrero! Green or white Pozole is served with side orders of delicious carnitas, pickled pigs feet, stuffed jalapeños, and chicken sopes. All orders are accompanied by chopped onions, chili powder (!), oregano, and slivered radishes. Of course the shots of mezcal are best bought by the 1/4 bottle measure and complements this marvelous lunch perfectly. “El Profe” is open from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Thursdays ONLY. Arrive by 1:30 PM to get a good table with a couple of fans. The place fills quickly and you will often enjoy the guitar and pan flute of a local singer who is quite good indeed.

Rated by the Orange County Register back in the 1970s or 1980s and my uncle had been bringing friends & family here every since.
