★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al entrar estaba un mesero que se notaba molesto, casi nos arrepentimos de llegar, pero fue más fuerte mi antojo de pozole ? Muy recomendado, el grano floreado y bien cocido ? varios tamaños a escoger, además el "norteño" o verde ?? afortunadamente después llego otro mesero que sí era amable y atento ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta asqueroso, el pozole es agua con maíz, la panzita también, solo cocida, ambos sin sabor, el alambre de costilla tiene más jamón o pierna corriente que nada, el “rib eye” mas grasoso, lleno de sebo, con papas recalentadas, ni mi mascota se quería comer el nervio. Sus frijoles simplemente hervidos. Sus insumos son muy comerciales y más allá de eso cocinan a volumen, sin sazón o chiste. He probado probado muchas cosas de otros locales “Flor de maíz” y generalmente son muy ricas. El de este lugar NO! cero recomendable, no sé cuál sea la copia de cuál, pero este está horrible. Si no eres muy exigente con el sazón o calidad de los ingredientes con que preparan tu comida a la mejor te guste. Mil veces más recomendable “La casa de Toño” o las otras “Flor de maíz”
It's disgusting, the pozole is water with corn, the panzita too, only cooked, both without flavor, the rib wire has more ham or regular leg than anything, the "rib eye" more greasy, full of tallow, with reheated potatoes, not even my pet wanted to eat the nerve. Their simply boiled beans. Their inputs are very commercial and beyond that they cook at full volume, without seasoning or joke. I've tried many things from other Flor de Maiz places and they are generally very tasty. The one in this place NO! zero recommendable, I don't know which is the copy of which, but this one is horrible. If you are not very demanding with the seasoning or quality of the ingredients with which they prepare your food, you may like it the best. A thousand times more recommendable “La casa de Toño” or the other “Flor de maiz”
