La birria tatemada con su consome, el platillo favorito de mis amigas, la pechuga asada, la costilla, la arrachera... acompañadas de sus diversos complementos, salsa y tortilla recién hechas, su café de olla y sus aguas frescas, una delicia , y, el precio bastante accesible.
