Nuestra historia comenzó hace más de 100 años gracias a la bisabuela Juanita, la cual tenía una sazón extraordinaria que deleitaba a propios y extraños. Esta sazón se heredó a sus hijas, siendo la abuela Lupita la que continuo con el legado, por muchos años se vendío pozole blanco en la ciudad de Izucar de Matamoros, hasta que mamá Lucina y su esposo Mardonio trajeron a la ciudad de Puebla la primera sucursal en el centro histórico. Hoy en día somos 15 sucursales las cuales a través de los años se han posicionado como un referente del pozole y de la gastronomía en Puebla. If you are not a skilled chile eater yet, the white version of the soup is the safe choice: you will be served chile and oregano separately, so you'll be able to regulate the level of hottness in your plate by adding as much—or as little—of these spices as you want. And don't forget to squeeze in some lemon juice: trust me, it makes all the difference!
