★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de la pandemia el pozole estaba muy rico , hoy no se si cambiaron a la cocinera pero ya no tiene buen sabor , el maíz ya está muy recocido y la carne un poco dura , con las enchiladas antes lo acompañaban con un bolillo ahora ya te dan las enchiladas solas.
Before the pandemic the pozole was very tasty, today I don't know if they changed the cook but it doesn't taste good anymore, the corn is already very overcooked and the meat is a bit tough, with the enchiladas they used to accompany it with a bolillo now they give the enchiladas alone.
