★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For almost a year, my wife has bragged about this tiny slice of heaven. According to her, this is the "Best Pozole" in Tepoztlan, a compliment she does not hand out freely.
She did not disappoint.
Juicy shredded pork, hominy (maíz molido) in a rich broth, topped with fresh radish, lettuce, onion, oregano, avocado, lime, and chilé.
Add a cold bottle of Boing!mango juice, and you are set for a full Sunday.
