★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo no sé qué tan rico o malo era hace tres, dos o un año atrás, pero para el 15 de septiembre de 2020 lo califico como de los más malos pozoles que he probado. El chicharrón estaba quemado, cebozo y amargó el caldo cuando lo puse en el plato con todo los condimentos. El pozole blanco estaba desabrido a punto de salado. El grano de elote y los condimentos fueron los que le dieron la idea de que estaba comiendo pozole. Intuyo que porque lo compré a las 10 de la mañana, el pozole en realidad no estaba hecho. Dice mi familia que le dará una segunda oportunidad; yo no. Le doy una estrella porque no hay la opción de no anotar nada.
I don't know how rich or bad it was three, two or a year ago, but for September 15, 2020, I rate it as one of the worst pozoles I have ever tasted. The pork rind was burnt, bait and made the broth bitter when I put it on the plate with all the seasonings. The white pozole was tasteless to the point of salty. The corn kernel and the seasonings were what gave him the idea that he was eating pozole. I sense that because I bought it at 10 in the morning, the pozole was not really done. My family says they will give him a second chance; I do not. I give it a star because there is no option to not score anything.
