Ppe's Rental - 77400 Isla Mujeres

Ummm... This place was a little odd. Yes it's conveniently located, and we got a golf cart for a reasonable price, but..... They said to bring the cart back every couple days for a free refuel - sounds great right?! The first time we brought it back they did indeed refuel us for free, but then took our plates off and said we'd have to come back to get new plates later.... Weird. Then the next time we brought our cart back they didn't refuel us, but instead gave us a completely different cart that was clearly not working well. Long story short, the new cart died (despite being full of gas) on our way to the ferry to head to the airport to go home - needles to say we were in a time crunch! Luckily a nice cab driver stopped to help us and explained the situation to the rental place. I'm not sure we would have faired well without him! Anyway, odd experience!

These people showed up at our rental house knocking nonstop. Two days after Christmas. Please just imagine that in this climate. And then the every-two-days to fill up the cart thing because of other tourists “stealing gas” What in the world? I do not want to go to Centro constantly. This cart rental needs a solid paid-up-front policy if they are to be so scared of tourists who ghost without payment. Meantime, this is a nightmare for normal paying guests.

Hands down the best golf cart rental place on the island. We tried out both their golf carts and mopeds and both seemed brand new and ran flawlessly. The people are SO friendly - they went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were happy. We kept coming back each day to tack on another day, and they would fill us up with gas and offer to clean our car. I would ONLY go to Pepe’s rental. Don’t waste your time on the cheaper alternatives. Pepe’s is well worth it - and right in the center of town, too! We’ll be back every time :) Liz & Ant

The BEST golf cart rental on the island. Save yourself the headache and rent from Pepe’s. The staff is so kind and the golf carts are well maintained. Such an important piece of our Isla Mujeres vacation and it was seamless.

Hello, I would like to reserve a golf cart for February 27 to March 26 2022. I am trying to call but I can't get through. What is the best way to contact you? Do you have an email address? I have rented from you before many times and have always had great service!

The cart we got was old, there were issues with turning and wheel controls. There were clunking sounds all the time, we were worried that it might fall apart :D We got it in the morning, there was noone there, so I don't understand why they couldn't give us a newer cart. They need to service their carts better. The check-in and check-out was quick and easy, they keep your driver's license as a deposit.

Nice staff and fast golf cart. Explained how to manage.The price and conditions are better than in other places. I liked this place, I recommend it.

We booked on line which was very simple. The cart we got was awesome. Purple with yellow flames! Made it unique amongst a sea of beige carts. It was a bit under-powered but just made us abide by island-time :-) Having gas included was great. And the return process was a breeze.
