Me dijeron que no pudieron hacer nada y aparte querían que yo pagará el envío, extra después de mil corajes que ya pase porque no pague mil pesos, hoy la recibo toda dañada raspada, lijada y ellos como si nada, OMG de plano eso es un fraude, ustedes creen que si en realidad fueran PRADA original yo estuviera pasando por todo estos disgustos cuando según el ticket te da garantía por 30 días y yo la regrese a los 15. Les comparto mi mala experiencia para que no vayan a regalar su dinero en una tienda que usa el nombre las vender a precio De oro y lo más seguro solo las hagan en León, porque allá vi otra zapatería de estas. Espero a ustedes les sirva y no tiren su dinero en algo que no vale la pena, chequen el logo y tampoco es elmismo lean e investiguen antes de comprar.
