Acudí a consulta hace 3 meses ya que llevaba meses con la nariz congestionada, fui con otro médico el cual me dijo que mi problema era sinusitis y necesitaba intervenirme quirúrgicamente si quería dejar se sentir molestias por lo que busque una segunda opción y llegue al consultorio de la Dra la cual me diagnostico y me dio medicación misma que con el paso del tiempo me funciono perfecto, seguiré acudiendo a mis consultas de seguimiento por que es importante para mi salud pero no sin mencionar que el trato que se brinda durante la consulta asi como el hecho de que me explique todo lo relacionado con mi padecimiento hace de mis consultas una experiencia increíble.

I went to a consultation 3 months ago since I had a congested nose for months, I went to another doctor who told me that my problem was sinusitis and I needed to undergo surgery if I wanted to feel discomfort so I looked for a second option and arrived at the doctor's office. The Dr. who diagnosed me and gave me the same medication that with the passage of time worked perfectly for me, I will continue to go to my follow-up consultations because it is important for my health but not without mentioning that the treatment that is provided during the consultation as well as the fact that he explains everything related to my condition to me makes my consultations an incredible experience.

Prado, la cual puedo recomendar ampliamente por destacarse profesionalmente, tuvo un buen trato conmigo desde el momento en que entre hasta el momento en que salí, tuvo un diagnóstico certero, me sentí muy cómodo durante mi consulta y con el tratamiento recetado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó el servicio de la doctora por los motivos que cito a continuacion:
Llegué al consultorio de la doctora por consulta de primera vez y me di cuenta que la doctora estubo mas preocupada por caturar mi expediente y pasar al siguiente pasiente que de tratar de entender y atender mi padecimiento.
Por otro lado, les hago de su conocimiento que la doctora no acepta pago con tarjeta, por tanto no es posible realizar la deduccion de la consulta ante el sat. El precio por consulta no recuerdo si es 600 o 700, pero me parece algo elevado para estar ofrenciendo el servicio en domicilio particular y encima no dar factura.
Por ultimo la doctora me recetóunicamente un medicamento desinflamatorio, el cual no me corrigió mi padecimiento.
Por lo anterior, si estan buscando un otorrino, recomiendo que busquen una mejor opcion.

On the other hand, I inform you that the doctor does not accept card payments, therefore it is not possible to deduct the consultation before sat. The price per consultation I do not remember if it is 600 or 700, but it seems somewhat high to be offering the service at home and above not giving an invoice.
Finally, the doctor prescribed me only an anti-inflammatory drug, which did not correct my condition.
Therefore, if you are looking for an ENT, I recommend that you look for a better option.
