Se me cayó un disco en mi mano haciendo un ejercicio y le comenté a la Entrenadora en 2 ocasiones y ni siquiera volteó a ver mi mano toda hinchada y morada, sólo me dijo ‘ Ajá haz el ejercicio que sigue ‘ sin percatarse de que se trataba de una fractura y hasta me tuvieron que hacer cirugía . Ahora me encuentro en rehabilitación para tener de nuevo movilidad en mi mano, y yo entiendo que son accidentes que suceden pero que ni siquiera tengan la atención de ver si te paso algo grave o decir cómo te sientes, si te duele mejor descansa o espérate o no sé, pero si cuidado porque ellos no te pondrán la atención que mereces como usuario, porque eso se llama humanismo o sentido común . Así que nunca regresaré y no lo recomiendo . The place is spacious and clean, the routines are very good but Super Unprofessional. I dropped a record in my hand while doing an exercise and I told the Trainer twice and she didn't even turn around to see my hand all swollen and purple, she just told me 'Uh-huh, do the next exercise' without realizing that it was of a fracture and they even had to do surgery on me. Now I am in rehabilitation to have mobility in my hand again, and I understand that these are accidents that happen but that they do not even pay attention to see if something serious happened to you or to say how you feel, if it hurts you better rest or wait or I don't know, but be careful because they won't give you the attention you deserve as a user, because that's called humanism or common sense. So I will never go back and I do not recommend it.
