★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are amazing. Whoever is at the desk can give you great sightseeing tips. They have hammocks and giant pillows and beanbags for lounging. There's a fire pit, poolside bar, and it's all so cozy. The onsite restaurant is good, and the continental breakfast is a great way to start your day. Apparently they are adding yoga classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is absolutely amazing, room is clean, spacious, beds really cozy and the terrace with private jacuzzi is just so cool! Not to mention the really friendly staff, always happy and smiling for their guests. Last but not least, their food at el Nido restaurant is simply amazing, so fresh and delicious, we had fish tacos, empanadas and croquettes the texture of the food was so unique, real Mexican food! Also my wife and daughter report having a great margarita:)
Location is really quite, perfect environment for a relaxing vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Tulum for two weeks and this was our favourite of the three hotels we stayed at. Stylish with very clam vibes. Great music at the pool area. And close to town, where we went for food and drinks in the evenings. As an animal lover, we also appreciated that the hotel had a note in its info pack discouraging guests from going to swim with captive dolphins (these programs are hideously cruel). Would definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very lovely location in the center of the city. We loved the rooms, common areas and swimming pool. The sound system is great to host parties and karaokes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely hotel with nice rooms and a pool. Good location. Free bicycle hire to get to town or to some cenotes. Breakfast was nice, though it would be nice to have a bit more variety. Enjoyed the yoga class on offer (200 pesos). Dinner at their restaurant was really nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely oasis, steps from a large grocery store with organic eggs. The staff here are resilient, gracious people. I traveled here with my four year old son, who enjoyed the bee keeping and baby toucans. While the staff and food were excellent, there was a set of guests who could have been more respectful of the space and the staff. There are certain racial dynamics that pervade all societies, and are very much on the surface at such beach destinations across the globe, and this place is no exception. I encourage people to stay here, and be mindful of who are the people "serving" you, and your own impact on people and the planet. We would stay here again, and perhaps just as important, i feel I made a friend here with Fabiola, who welcomed us with real grace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful! The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. It's quiet and relaxing. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The pool is relaxing. The attention to detail here is very very high. They have good music playing by the pool every day and even an underwater speaker so you can hear the music while you swim. There is a ledge you can sit on underneath the waterfall to enjoy the falling water.
The restaurant is really good. Be sure to have lunch or dinner here a couple of times. The bar is great, they make some excellent and creative drinks.
All of the staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.
I wouldn't consider staying in any other place in Tulum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not book if you even think you might make changes to your reservation. I decided to get over it after the 4th email I sent and the ghosted me but I feel I need to warn people. My reservation was cancelled two weeks before arrival due to the borders closing during the start of the pandemic. At this point we had only paid for our deposit. The hotel ignored our email for multiple days and proceeded to charge our full amount from our credit card a week before arrival. After bombarding them with emails they finally sent a generic email saying that what we paid would remain as a credit and we could rebook later. Since we knew this sector was hit the hardest we felt bad and understood and accepted the credit. Well trying to cash in that credit I've had No response from the company not even to say the credit expired or no we can't book. To me no matter how tough times are this is a lack of business integrity. Am I upset that we had been saving for this vacation for a year and our money is gone? yes! But I am more upset by the lack of ethical business practices. I would take my money elsewhere, you never know when you are in a situation where you need a little grace from the owners.
