Como es una casa, tiene 2 cajones de estacionamiento si se meten en la cochera, o solo 1 si se estacionan normal en la banqueta, por lo que pudiera ser un problema en horarios mas concurridos en el futuro.
Trato atento y cordial.

As it is a house, it has 2 parking spaces if they get in the garage, or only 1 if they park normally on the sidewalk, so it could be a problem at busy times in the future.
