 To my knowledge it is the only place in all of Puerto Vallarta where they sell dry ice. Very good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos patanes. Gente súper prepotente. Un pésimo servicio al cliente. Aparte sin producto para vender. No tienen oxigeno medicinal.
They are louts. Super pushy people. Terrible customer service. Apart without product to sell. They do not have medicinal oxygen.

Good customer service, prices were always respected during the pandemic, in addition to personalized attention from the store salesperson as well as the manager, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i used praxair for my gas and bottles and supplies for 25 years, starting in texas,and now for 11 years in puerto vallarta, ive never had a bad experience until NOW~!!!!!! first they have a NEW staff,and they are not friendly,in fact they refused to accept their own bottle,,to refill, saying it was "ugly",,ive been lied to for weeks now,and i cant work,im told daily "your bottle is on the way" so i wait ,and noone comes and i never get a call,i waste my time waiting for the truck,All i get are lies and more lies,its now been 10 days,without being able to work. I suggest noone shop at this store until things change. if they treat a 25 year client like this,,its bad business. If my bottle is not delivered today,i will go pick it up myself and never use this company again. dont be fooled by the other reviews..."fabio" "is the old manager,he was really good. and the other person gives 5 stars because they have dry ice???

They even gave me the option to notify them in advance, before making the trek to Vallarta (to exchange my tank).
So glad we have a welders gas supply option in Vallarta ?
