★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, han dejado a mi familiar sin el oxigeno mas de 72 horas, no les importa mejorar el sercivio ni están por el bienestar del paciente; la empresa PRAXAIR solo esta para ver cuanto dinero pueden ingresar a sus arcas pero no porque se preocupen por dar un buen servicio a la comunidad. Sus empleados despotas no dan solución y mucho menos les interesa mejorar, solo están por un sueldo sin importarles realmente su trabajo.
No encuentro quien reciba mi queja y haga que esto cambie.
 Very bad service, they have left my family member without oxygen for more than 72 hours, they don't care about improving the service nor are they for the patient's well-being; The PRAXAIR company is only here to see how much money they can put into their coffers, but not because they worry about giving a good service to the community. Their despotic employees do not give a solution and much less are they interested in improving, they are only for a salary without really caring about their work.
I can't find who receives my complaint and makes this change.

No tienen políticas definidas para sus procesos, unos dan una información, otros otra, nada confiable su respuesta en cuanto al monitoreo, no pueden tratar así a la gente, entiendan que proporcionan servicio y producto para la SALUD. Ojalá se tomaran en serio la cuestión de calidad de las llamadas para que vean que efectivamente es cierto todos los comentarios negativos que tienen.
Terrible service in the call center. They do not have defined policies for their processes, some give information, others another, their response in terms of monitoring is unreliable, they cannot treat people that way, they understand that they provide a service and product for HEALTH. I wish they took the quality of calls seriously so that they see that all the negative comments they do have are indeed true.

Terrible service, they have a contract with the Imss and they do not care about the patients, I have 3 days and they have not brought me the oxygen tank, order 99569254 of Sep 29, 2020

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo solicité el día 2 de este mes y hoy día 6 mis mes no me lo am traído el cervisio a sido pésimo no contestan las llamadas pero de seguro ya cobraron hasta lo del año
Y que amuelen los pacientes
I requested it on the 2nd of this month and today my 6th month I did not bring it to me, the cervisio has been terrible, they do not answer the calls but surely they already charged until the end of the year
And let the patients furnish

TARDAN MUCHO EN CONTESTAR LOS CORREOS Y NO INFORMAN SI PUEDEN VENDERLE A UNO TANQUES MEDIANOS PARA RELLENAR NI CONCENTRADORES DE OXÍGENO EN EFECTIVO A CRÉDITO O COMO SEA. NO DAN INFORMACIÓN.
THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE DELIVERIES OF THE IMSS RIGHT, THEY DO NOT GIVE OPTIONS TO FILL IN, NOR DO THEY GIVE TELEPHONE ATTENTION. THEY TAKE A LONG TO ANSWER THE MAILS AND DO NOT REPORT IF THEY CAN SELL MEDIUM TANKS TO FILL OR OXYGEN CONCENTRATORS IN CASH ON CREDIT OR WHATSOEVER. DO NOT GIVE INFORMATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, para derecho habientes pareciera que no los quisieran surtir, se debe exigir el buen trato y a final de cuentas se les paga, eso de surtirlo después de la fecha programada afecta a los pasientes y a su salud, hasta problemas legales pueden tener. Espero se solucione el problema.
Terrible service, for right holders it seems that they do not want to supply them, good treatment must be demanded and in the end they are paid, that of supplying it after the scheduled date affects the passengers and their health, even legal problems they may have. I hope the problem is solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo mas de 40 minutos ser atendido y no sale literalmente nadie, preguntas al de la caseta y solo dice que esta buscando a quien puede atender y ya, neta peor proveedor del imss no se pudieron encontrar y tantos miles de pesos que les pagan ????
It took more than 40 minutes to be attended and literally no one comes out, you ask the booth and only says that they are looking for who can attend and now, the worst provider of the imss could not be found and so many thousands of pesos that they pay ?? ??
