★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima Atención al cliente. El personal de embarques toma MUCHISIMO tiempo o de plano ni se aparecen a atender a los clientes que nos anunciamos. Estuve media hora esperando a que me atendieran, No estaban cargando en embarques NI UN SOLO camión ni de los de ellos ni de clientes particulares que estabamos esperando. Fuí atendido no por un Chaleco Amarillo, sino por un operador que se apiado de nosotros para preguntar y para luego encontrar que mi tanque que deje a inspección con PH y recarga de CO2 desde el día 7 de Marzo y para el cual me dijeron que tardaban 8 días (Osea tomando fines de semana etc.) para el jueves pasado 17, aun no estaba y no solo eso, estaba aún abierto y sin reinstalar la válvula. Que para mañana. Lo peor del caso, cuando entregué el tanque solicité un teléfono para poder verificar que ya estuviera y que no pasara lo que pasó, pero ni los de embarques, ni el guardia, te quieren proporcionan teléfono Son alergicos al trabajo que pena de servicio. Estoy seguro que el operador que me atendío, con la pena me dio su celular porque el mismo me dijo que los de embarques no contestan. Ni siquiera al timbre que tienen ahí para clientes. Pésimo. Pareciera que no hay jefes supervisando la operación.
Lousy customer service. The shipping staff take a LOT of time or flat out don't show up to serve the customers we advertise. I was waiting for half an hour to be attended to, they were not loading shipments NOT A SINGLE truck or theirs or private customers who were waiting. I was attended not by a Yellow Vest, but by an operator who took pity on us to ask and then find that my tank had to be inspected with PH and CO2 recharge since March 7 and for which they told me that it would take 8 days (I mean taking weekends etc.) for last Thursday the 17th, it was still not there and not only that, it was still open and without reinstalling the valve. What for tomorrow? The worst of the case, when I delivered the tank, I requested a telephone number to be able to verify that it was already there and that what happened had not happened, but neither the shipping personnel nor the guard wanted to provide you with a telephone. They are allergic to work, what a service penalty. I am sure that the operator who assisted me, sadly gave me his cell phone because he himself told me that the shipping agents do not answer. Not even the bell they have there for customers. Appalling. It seems that there are no bosses supervising the operation.
