★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy 24 de diciembre de 2020 fuimos a cargar por tercera ocasión un tanque de oxígeno para un familiar enfermo y la persona que nos atendió de muy mala gana nos dijo que no recargaban y tampoco hacían cambio de tanques porque no teníamos contrato con la empresa lo cual me pareció absurdo pues el contrato es para servicio a domicilio y nosotros era la TERCERA VEZ que acudimos a este lugar para la recarga de oxigeno, nos miraba insistentemente y nos dimos cuenta que lo que quería era dinero extra, otra familia se quejaba afuera por la misma situación, UN LLAMADO A LOS ENCARGADOS DE ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO, MUCHA ATENCIÓN EN SUS EMPLEADOS LA SITUACIÓN ES DIFÍCIL Y TENER PUNTOS ROJOS EN LOS COMENTARIOS DEL LUGAR NO CREO SEA BUENO.

Una amiga y sus familiares depositaron $4,000.00 a una cuenta bancaria para que les surtieran 5 litros de oxígeno para tres personas contagiadas de COVID-19, que evidentemente no pueden salir a denunciar esta irregularidad, que ocurrió hoy, al parecer, es un fraude, pues en el número donde les contestaron (al parecer algún empleado de su call center) ahora no responden, no han enviado el equipo que se rentó. NO sé si sea esa sucursal, pero sí la empresa PRAXAIR. Espero que hagan el servicio, porque será un desprestigio para PRAXAIR. Es muy urgente. Espero que todo esto sea una confusión, porque, repito, es desprestigio para la empresa. Gracias.
