Cómo cliente me siento molesto y decepciónado. Sus servicios no son nada baratos Bad service, I took my vehicle to rack repair and they return it twice because it is leaking oil. (Todo esto no lo indican cuando llamas sino hasta que hacen el servicio del carro) Llegas y nadie te atiende, excepto la chica que se encarga de cobrar. Nunca me había pasado que no te atienda el mecánico que se va a encargar de tu auto y peor aún, llegas por tu auto y está en otro lote pero nadie te explica todo lo que le cambiaron ni tienen la atención de mostrate las piezas. Cuando le pregunté al mecánico qué como sabía que efectivamente habían realizado todo el servicio, me contesta que ellos no hacen "cochinadas" No, solo no son profesionales y cobran más, que incluso talleres donde son más empaticos con el servicio. Para nada lo recomiendo. My experience was not good at all, first they give a price and later they increase it by the invoice and because the cost was supposedly with a certain amount of oil. (All this is not indicated when you call but until they do the car service) You arrive and nobody attends to you, except the girl who is in charge of collecting. It has never happened to me that the mechanic who is going to take care of your car does not attend you and worse, you arrive for your car and it is in another lot but nobody explains everything that they changed or they have the attention to show you the parts. When I asked the mechanic how he knew that they had actually performed all the service, he replied that they do not do "filthy" No, they are just not professionals and charge more, than even workshops where they are more empathetic with the service. I do not recommend it at all.
