YO SOLO PIDO RESPETO EN LOS TIEMPO DE ENTREGA.
Y EL SERVICIO POR TELEFONO ES PESIMO ...

La mujer que atendió quedó muy formal de ir a las 2 pm. 30 min pasadas las 2 pm se les marca por que no asistieron y me dice que hasta al día siguiente, cuando se le reclama que por qué quedo entonces en ir hoy de manera cínica contesta “escuchaste mal”, siendo que se les confirmo de manera presencial 3 veces la hora para ese mismo día. Al día siguiente no se paran nuevamente y atienden de forma pésima por teléfono. Si no quieren trabajar no se promocionen. Pésimo servicio al cliente

Me dejó en el teléfono 40 min y lo contestaba cada 20 min pensando que lo habia dejado descolgado y yo seguía en la línea. Capaciten al personal en atención al cliente y un pequeño curso de administración y organización no le caerían mal a la señorita. Gracias
