The instruction is very professional, and everything is clean and very well maintained. I've been to a few studios in Playa, and this one has much nicer beds that some of the others, so this the one I'll keep going back to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emily's Pilates Studio is amazing with top of the line Reformers and all of the bells and whistles! I have been going there for almost 7 years now and absolutely love it. Her teachers are wonderful and its always a lovely surprise when Emily shows up to teach a total kick your butt class! She offers group and also private classes, which I also really enjoy for the one on one precision training. Definitely worth a visit whether you're vacationing or living in Playa!
