★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo he visitado pocas veces. Sin embargo, en esas ocasiones la estancia ha sido agradable por que es breve. Me refiero a que el personal que allí labora - amable debo decir - hace todo lo posible por atenderte de manera breve y con calidad, por lo menos para realizar pagos de agua y predial. Incluso si hay mucha gente que va a pagar, hay personal que va organizando el acceso dosificado de los usuarios, los cuales esperan sentados dentro de una carpa. A eso yo le llamo trabajar con eficiencia y empatía.
I have visited it a few times. However, on those occasions the stay has been pleasant because it is short. I mean that the staff who work there - friendly I must say - do everything possible to serve you briefly and with quality, at least to make payments for water and property. Even if there are many people who are going to pay, there are personnel who are organizing the metered access of the users, who wait sitting inside a tent. This is what I call working with efficiency and empathy.

Realicé la solicitud a través del Portal de Tecámac. Asimismo, me indiquen Teléfono y extensión para preguntar cuando me envían mi factura por el pago del Servicio de Agua pagado en Línea.
Could you provide me with a Telephone and Extension so that they can tell me when they respond to my email to request a discount from Predial 2022 for being a Compliant taxpayer? I made the request through the Tecámac Portal. Also, tell me Telephone and extension to ask when they send me my invoice for the payment of the Water Service paid online.
