 They are all very arrogant and if things go wrong it is because of their fault when they are not talking with their partner they are with the computer and they do not help you at all, they think they know everything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NUNCA contestan los telefonos, o contesta una grabadora en INGLES!!!!!!! no les daria NINGUNA estrella pero NO activa el boton de PUBLICAR.
They NEVER answer the phones, or answer a tape recorder in ENGLISH !!!!!!! I would not give them ANY stars but DOES NOT activate the PUBLISH button.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hacen esperar mucho tiempo, algunos del personal no estan activos el 100 % del tiempo por lo que retrazan demasiado a la gente que requiere hacer algun tramite, el sistema de otorgar numeros de atencion no se sigue al pie de la letra, cuando se presenta algun problema interno no informan de inmediato causando perdida de tiempo a las personas que esperan su turno.
They make you wait a long time, some of the staff are not active 100% of the time so they delay too much people who need to do some paperwork, the system of granting service numbers is not followed to the letter, when it is presented Some internal problem is not reported immediately causing loss of time to people waiting their turn.

MAS DE DOS MESES CON LA PENSIÓN EN "TRAMITE" NO RESUELVEN NADA.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES!!!
MORE THAN TWO MONTHS WITH THE PENSION IN "PROCESSING" DOES NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING.

Me dejaron colgada la llamada en pensiones
1 hora con 20 minutos, ya anteriormente me hicieron lo mismo por 55 minutos!
Si sirve esto como reporte:alguien llamado Rubén de pensiones es quien deja colgada la llamada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, las personas encargadas del área de pensiones son muy prepotentes y despotas, no te ayudan a resolver ninguna duda, traen vuelta y vuelta a la personas adultas mayores, es una pena que gente tan joven tenga este trato hacia el prójimo, si no les gusta el trabajo que hacen mejor que se dediquen a otra cosa.
Terrible customer service, the people in charge of the pension area are very arrogant and despotic, they do not help you solve any doubts, they bring older adults back and forth, it is a shame that such young people have this treatment towards others, if they don't like the work they do, it's better that they dedicate themselves to something else.
