★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gracias a este curso me dio el poder para hablar con mi ginecólogo y hacerle saber cómo quiero tener a mi nena.
Ahora me queda claro que nosotras tenemos el poder de elegir la postura para parir y de los ejercicios y respiraciones que nos ayuden a que el parto humanizado y respetado sea posible. Yo sólo tenía la información de las experiencias de mis hermanas que sufrieron cesáreas innecesarias, lo cual que me daba miedo, pero al ir investigando más y más me he sentido empoderada y más tranquila mentalmente.
Ya tengo mi plan de parto, se lo voy a entregar a mi ginecólogo y a la Neonatóloga para que me apoyen en mis decisiones... la meta es que se cumpla.
Agradezco mucho a todo el equipo de Pregnant Life por sus conocimientos y la oportunidad de impartirnos este curso vía on-line en estos tiempos de pandemia. ?
Thanks to this course, it gave me the power to talk to my gynecologist and let him know how I want to have my baby.
Now it is clear to me that we have the power to choose the position to give birth and the exercises and breaths that help us make humanized and respected childbirth possible. I only had information about the experiences of my sisters who suffered unnecessary caesarean sections, which scared me, but as I investigated more and more I have felt empowered and calmer mentally.
I already have my birth plan, I am going to deliver it to my gynecologist and the Neonatologist so that they can support me in my decisions ... the goal is to achieve it.
