★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito, limpio, agradable, con muchas actividades. Solo una cosa me desagrada mucho y es el instructor de la tarde, es muy descuidado y desinteresado. No te da rutinas, te dice lo q debes hacer sentado, mo t corrige. En lo personal no funciona. Se la pasa platicando sentado. La verdad ese fue uno de los motivos por los q deje de ie. Pero ahora qm incorpore a MMA el instructor es otra onda muy accesible, explica muy bien, cuida que no te lesiones.
The place is very nice, clean, friendly, with many activities. Only one thing I dislike very much and it is the afternoon instructor, he is very careless and disinterested. He does not give you routines, he tells you what to do sitting down, he corrects you. Personally, it doesn't work. He spends his time talking sitting down. The truth was that was one of the reasons why I stopped ie. But now that I incorporate MMA the instructor is another very accessible wave, he explains very well, take care that you do not injure yourself.
