Escogimos el full day tour y superó nuestras expectativas empezando con la atención por teléfono de Regina. Nuestro guía fue Alan y estuvo excelente. Sin duda volveremos a contratar Tours en Premier Adventures.

Una experiencia única. Al llegar al lugar nos recibieron con un desayuno exquisito, el trato de las personas fue muy bueno. El transporte muy cómodo y agradable. La visita guiada fue muy divertida conociendo lugares muy bonitos Recomendados !!

Una experiencia maravillosa. El servicio fue excelente, la gente es muy amable y se encargan de que disfrutes todo. El guía Alan es una persona súper carismática y agradable. Los lugares visitados fueron preciosos y con muchísima historia. Definitivamente lo volvería a tomar mil veces. Felicidades, gran trabajo, Premier Adventures!

La mejor experiencia que puedes tener en un tour en Valladolid está aqui. Todo lo que hacen es de mucha calidad y pensado a lo detalle. Alan y todo el equipo son súper amables y proveen toda la estructura necesaria. Me encantó la camioneta vintage para llevar al tour ?? hicimos el recorrido en Chichikan para la experiencia Maya y el cenote y lo recomiendo 100%. Aparte toda la atención del personal, la comida estaba riquísima. Muchas gracias por todo!

Excellent service and transportation.

Truly remarkable. Dont usually write reviews but this experience was so exceptional we feel it important to tellothers about it. Arrived in Merida knowing little except we wanted. to learn more about the fascinating Mayan culture. After two days of indecision we were connected by our hotel with Premier Adventures. It’s an aptly named group because the 11 hours we spent with them today was certainly the “premiere adventure” of our trip and comparable to the very best experiences in our well-travelled lives. Staring with a warm welcome and a surprisingly abundant breakfast, we were taken to Chichen Itza in a spacious modern van with both a driver (Ivan) and a guide, Alan,an affable, charming and humorous young man .At Chichen, we were led by an experienced,certified local guide who spoke excellent English, was thoroughly knowledgeable and helped bring to life this too little known but extremely significant civilization. Then we went toa fairly new Eco Park called Chichikan.Though we had not heard of it before , we shall not soon forget it, because it vividly brought to life this ancient civilization with modern young Mayans demonstrating their language, crafts, cuisine and language in a replica of their homes. There were dance rituals in Mayan warrior regalia (sure to please the kids), food and drink tastings and spotlessly clean accommodations.. we were afforded an opportunity to swim in the property’s astonishing “cenote” a 75 foot-deep fresh water pool carved out of the limestone bedrock over many thousands of years and set in a lush jungle area (life vest required and lockers available for changing). All of this was followed by a typical, tasty and tangy Yucatecan lunch served in a commodious outdoor restaurant. This already was a full day of learning and entertainment but there was still another stop— in the small, colorful city of Villadolid, where we partook of a wonderful local dessert and enjoyed learning about its colorful past. Our guide , Alan,was perfect. Courteous, considerate, a happy person who worked very hard to make everyone else happy and who succeeded admirably. I really enjoyed my tour of Valladolid! Informative, fun and the perfect way to see the city.

This agency is wonderful. We took an 11-hour all-inclusive tour to Chichén Itzá, then Chichikan (for some quick Mayan experience plus a nice swim in a beautiful celote), ending in a kind of cute pueblo mágico, in October 2021. What a wonderful time. The guides along the way were great and Ivan, the driver, unbelievably nice (with great English). Ask for him, if possible!
