★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de facturación, solicitan que vallas personalmente a la base!!! y que tus servicios sean mayores a 100.00 pesos, luego la asistente del jefe te cuelga el teléfono cuando le das tus fundamento legal, de que esa practica es ilegal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno, me refiero a los conductores que son amables y respetuosos, y a la rapidez, pero algunas de sus unidades están en muy malas condiciones en cuanto a limpieza y el costo es el mismo que el de otras empresas con mejores unidades.
The service is good, I mean drivers who are friendly and respectful, and speed, but some of their units are in very poor condition in terms of cleanliness and the cost is the same as that of other companies with better units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de parte de los conductores es bueno ya que son amables, pero las operadoras que contestan tienen algunas no todas una pésima atención, en atención a clientes no tienes por que gritarle a un cliente y algunas son súper déspotas y groseras.
Y cuando les dices algo cuelgan hasta eso sinvergüenzas y groseras, deberían de contratar otro tipo de personal, por que por eso los clientes se van.
The service from the drivers is good since they are friendly, but the operators who answer have some not all a bad attention, in customer service you do not have to yell at a client and some are super despots and rude.
And when you tell them something they hang up to that scoundrels and rudeness, they should hire another type of staff, because that's why customers leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de algunos choferes es muy bueno,unos son muy amables pero asi como hay buenos choferes hay otros dan mucho de que hablar sobre todo el de la unidad 30 en ocasiones trae el coche muy sucio y no se diga el uniforme ya no es blanco sino gris.
Y otro que da mal aspecto es el de la unidad 24 siempre anda con aliento alcoholico y ya varias veces me ha tocado que aveces pido servicio de noche y por lo general anda tomando cerveza.
A mi parecer los patrones deberian de castigarlos porque ponen en riesgo nuestra integridad fisica.
The service of some drivers is very good, some are very friendly but just as there are good drivers there are others that give a lot to talk about especially that of unit 30 sometimes the car is very dirty and not to mention the uniform is no longer white but gray.
And another one that looks bad is the one in unit 24, he always has alcoholic breath and I have had several times that I sometimes ask for night service and he is usually drinking beer.
In my opinion, the bosses should punish them because they put our physical integrity at risk.
